How do I exchange or return a purchase? Please follow the instructions found here: Return + Exchange Policy

How long does it take for me to receive a refund from a return?  You will receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund is initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.) 

Do you have a physical retail store? Yes! Currently, we are open to the public every Thursday  from 10am -7pm!  On Saturdays we are open by appointment only for groups (320) 392-SKRT!  27493 470th Avenue | Morris, MN 56267 

How does local pick up work? When checking out, simply choose the local pick up option. Orders will be ready for pick up every Thursday from 10am-7pm. Once the order is ready you will receive an email notification!

How long does shipping take? Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to arrive to your door! The Black Friday rush, post office holidays + other sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill all your orders as quickly as we humanly can!  Our orders are shipped First Class or Priority mail depending on weight!  

Does THE SKIRT OUTLET ship internationally?  Yes!  To find out how much shipping will be, add the items to your cart and before you send your order the calculations will show.  

We ship out international packages as duties and taxes unpaid. When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country. It is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. Additionally, we cannot determine what those may be.  We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's  policies before placing your order.

International shipping time and estimated delivery dates can vary based on a number of factors including location and package size. If you can't find your package we recommend contacting your local customs office as most packages that aren't delivered are held there. 

Can I cancel or change my order?  Please reach out to us as soon as possible! In an effort to get your order to you quickly, we are usually not able to cancel or change any orders. Once we receive an order, it is processed and already in progress.    

Do you have a uniform size guide?  We carry a variety of brands at The Skirt Outlet.  Due to that fact we are unable to offer a universal size guide. We have  measurements of the item right in most of the product descriptions! We also love to add notes if we or our customers have noticed that an item runs a little large or small to ensure you get the correct size! The BEST way to accurately determine your size is to measure a like item already in your closet that fits you and compare to the chart!  If you still are not sure on what size to get, feel free to send us an email OR give us a call!  We would be more than happy to assist you!  

My size is sold out in the item I desire, will you restock?  On any items we will be restocking there is an option to sign up for an email notification!  Be sure to sign up to get notified as soon as it is available!  

I received a damaged item or faulty item, what should I do?  Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit.  Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to info@theskirtoutlet.com and our customer service representative will assist you further!

When is your next sale?  Subscribe to our email newsletter!!!!  Our subscribers have early access to sales + news! Please subscribe to our newsletter by going to the header or footer on our website homepage and get yourself signed up!  First time subscribers get a coupon code on their next purchase!  YAY!
